eHub Open House-Kennedy Hall

Entrepreneurship at Cornell is a university-wide program that provides and fosters entrepreneurship and startup opportunities for the entire Cornell community. eHub is Entrepreneurship at Cornell’s co-working and 24/7 collaboration space with locations in Kennedy Hall and Collegetown. Come visit eHub at Kennedy Hall, meet student founders from startup companies, and learn about eHub’s clubs and programs, including Life Changing Labs, eLab (a premier student business accelerator program), Blackstone Launchpad (a dedicated entrepreneurship mentor program), and the Cornell Venture Capital Club.

Apply to the NSF I-Corps September Short Course at Cornell

The deadline to RSVP for the UNY I-Corps September Short Course at Cornell (taking place September 15th – 29th) is coming up. NSF I-Corps Short Courses are for university researchers interested in exploring the market potential of their work and learning entrepreneurial skills. While exploring your current project, you’ll learn to apply the same process to other technologies The Short Course features lecture and group breakout work in person, followed by two weeks of remote sessions. Applications for Cornell eLab are open. eLab is an accelerator program for Cornell student startups. Startups receive weekly one-on-one mentorship from seasoned entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship professors over a year-long program featuring 5 intensive bootcamps, eLab alum advisors, course credit, $5,000 toward their business, and access to a network of resources. eLab is not for theory; it is for launching real businesses. Hospitality Hackathon

Time: September 29, 30 & October 1 (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Hilton’s first ever hackathon and it’s happening at Cornell! EVERY STUDENT is invited and encouraged to sign up for this event, coding is not a prerequisite. Designers, business students, hotelies, engineers and more learn how tech has changed the hospitality industry with our mini conference (2-5pm) and then work with data, hardware, &  IoT from our mentors and partnering organizations to conceptualize and develop your idea.
