Meet & Repeat: Speed Networking Events

How can you maximize networking opportunities for your entrepreneurial journey in 5,400 seconds? Come to the Meet & Repeat hosted by the Pillsbury Institute for Hospitality Entrepreneurship! At Meet & Repeat, students practice their pitching skills by presenting an elevator pitch about themselves or a business idea while building and expanding their networks. This is also a great opportunity to expand your network by meeting over fifteen industry leaders and entrepreneurs from across the globe. To see which industry leaders and entrepreneurs will be at these events, click the register blinks above. Seats are limited and an RSVP is required via OrgSync. After the networking event, students will invited join the entrepreneurs at the Food and Beverage Entrepreneurship Roundtable Networking Reception.

UVANY Money and Politics: Building High Growth Companies Today

We are excited to bring to you a presentation that will teach you the basics of everything from setting up your company to raising money to selling your company. We’ll start with an overview of choosing the right entity type for your business, setting up basic agreements among founders, and classifying and incentivizing employees. Then we’ll delve into raising money, and the differences between convertible debt and preferred stock. We’ll wrap things up by discussing different exit strategies.
